WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR VISIT

FACE MASKS ARE NOW MANDATORY UNDER THE NEW PROVINCIAL HEALTH ORDER (September 17, 2021)

If you need a mask, one can be provided for you.

At this time, we do not have enough information to comment on the new Proof of Vaccination Policy announced today. We will update our website as more information becomes available. Thanks for your patience.

For safety reasons, all visits to RCMP Academy, Depot Division are now prohibited. As a result, tours of Depot Division, as well as viewing of The Sergeant Major’s parade and Sunset Retreat Ceremonies are suspended indefinitely.

The RCMP Heritage Centre no longer has a maximum capacity based on COVID-19 guidelines, but is encouraging physical distancing throughout the galleries.

We are working closely with industry partners to monitor developments relating to COVID-19, and taking direction from provincial, Canadian, and global health authorities.

The health and safety of all our visitors and employees remains our top priority. We have taken precautionary measures throughout our building in order to provide a safe and healthy environment for all.

PREVENTATIVE MEASURES

We have implemented increased cleaning protocols for high-touch surfaces in public areas, including bars, handrails, seat arms, elevators, and washrooms . We are also providing additional hand sanitizer dispensers for employee and public use. We encourage everyone to follow the guidelines of the Saskatchewan Health Authority and Health Canada. Practicing proper hygiene etiquette and taking preventative actions helps reduce the spread of respiratory viruses.

We are reminding employees through multiple channels to wash hands frequently and use proper hand-washing protocol. Employees have further been reminded to take increased measures to reduce the risk of transmission of the flu and respiratory illness and to stay home if they are sick.
