Did you know that although police dogs have been involved with the RCMP since the the 1900’s, they didn’t officially become an official part of the force until the 1930’s?

Join us for K9 Kadets on March 8, 2020 to learn more about the different jobs dogs have in the RCMP and the world today.

Bring your family to meet RCMP Canine Unit puppies in training, dogs from St. John Ambulance, as well as adoptable dogs from CC RezQs Regina. Children can participate in the Regina Humane Society’s Be Dog Smart program, which teaches them how to behave safely around dogs. They will also have an opportunity to enter the RCMP’s 2020 Name the Puppy Contest.

Fun dog games, crafts, movies, and activities for the whole family round out the day!

Subject to regular priced admission.
