We would like to extend a sincere congratulations to Assistant Commissioner Rhonda Blackmore. Today she accepted formal responsibility for F Division in a beautiful Change of Command Ceremony. Tonight the RCMP Heritage Centre is honoured to host her Regimental Dining In, a traditional RCMP dinner to celebrate her as Commanding Officer. Very special guests included RCMP Commissioner Brenda Lucki and several people from across Canada who have come to honour A/Comm Blackmore.
