Celebrate Saskatchewan
This year to celebrate Saskatchewan Day and to celebrate the community we all live in we are planning to have a bash.
To celebrate Saskatchewan day we will have indoor and outdoor activities with plenty to do for the whole family. Throughout the day, we will have live music, presentations, dancers, and more!
Our idea is to incorporate the community and Saskatchewan as much as possible. Performing on our stages, we will have Indigenous dancers grace our stage; we will have a presentation from the Saskatchewan Burrowing Owls interpretive Centre in Moose Jaw, Police service dog presentation, Fiddle group, Author James Daschuk, and a performance from local band Jake and the kids.
Outside we will also be hosting a craft sale! We have invited many crafters to set up a booth and sell their wonderful homemade items. We will have carnival type games set up for participants to try their luck and win prizes!
We will offer a BBQ all day for all the visitors to enjoy
We will also have an SHA pop up vaccination station during the event.
We will have trivia challenges, scavenger hunts, galleries, and Prairie Lily Creamery selling delicious ice cream.
Best of all, this event is Free! The event will take place from 10-4.
